我們的炸魚薯條選用台灣特有的鬼頭刀(又稱鱪魚),這是一種夏季盛產的魚種。台灣捕撈了全球約10%的鬼頭刀,涵蓋遠洋與沿近海漁業,其中約九成都外銷至美國。這道炸魚薯條保留了鬼頭刀鮮嫩的口感和豐富的風味,是您在We®用餐時不可錯過的全年供應,每月最熱門的美味。

Our fish and chips feature the unique Taiwan-exclusive dolphinfish (also known as mahi-mahi), a fish that is abundant during the summer season. Taiwan captures about 10% of the world's dolphinfish, with both deep-sea and coastal fisheries, and nearly 90% of the catch is exported to the United States. This fish and chips dish preserves the tender texture and rich flavor of the dolphinfish, making it a must-try delicacy at We®. It is available year-round and is our most popular dish every month.

This dish requires a two-hour preparation time and is one of We®'s hidden gems. Our Tomahawk Series uses the finest ingredients, with each piece of premium pork or beef carefully selected to ensure freshness and quality. Our chef team employs a unique cooking method. The meat is first slow-cooked at a low temperature to retain its tenderness, then seared at a high temperature to achieve a crispy exterior and tender interior. This cooking technique ensures the meat is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Paired with our specially crafted sauce, refined through numerous trials, it delivers a rich and unforgettable flavor.

Our Iberico Ham Burger combines traditional Spanish cured ham with locally sourced organic vegetables from Taiwan, showcasing the fresh flavors of the land in different seasons. This irresistible delicacy allows you to enjoy the finest ingredients from Spain and Taiwan at We®.

This ham comes from the Iberian breed of pigs (Cerdo ibérico), particularly the Bellota grade, 100% purebred, and considered a national treasure of Spanish gastronomy. These pigs primarily feed on acorns for two seasons. The ham is salt-cured and dry-aged for 48 months, resulting in delicate, melt-in-your-mouth fat.
