本場地提供體驗KNS傢俱，但有規範使用的傢俱和環境，感謝您的理解。

  • 入場不收取服務費。

  • 進入體驗KNS展示品時，我們提供相關資訊和購買服務。

  • 由於使用實木傢俱，禁止攜帶外食和飲料。

  • 每人基本消費為一杯飲品。 為了保障所有顧客的用餐體驗，我們僅接待超過10歲的孩童，並且基本消費為一杯飲品。如果您的孩子能夠保持良好的禮貌，我們也歡迎小於10歲孩童入場。

  • 無用餐時間限制。

  • 為了確保所有顧客的用餐體驗，我們僅允許入場安靜可控的寵物。

  • 為確保個人安全，請勿在店內奔跑、跳躍、靠在或推擠玻璃欄杆、扔物品，以及進行任何可能對自己或他人造成危險的行為。經查證確認上述行為導致傢俱和環境損壞，將需要按物品價值的90%進行賠償。若環境受到污染，將收取NT$1,000的清潔費。

  • 一樓室內嚴禁吸煙，包括電子煙。

用餐禮儀

  • 請注意，現場製作餐點可能需要等待時間；如果無法耐心等待，請不要點餐或入座。

  • 我們僅提供季節套餐，菜單內容會根據季節性食材和供應情況進行調整。

  • 自攜酒水的費用：每人收取NT$150的洗杯服務費，如有玻璃器皿損壞，則需全額賠償。

Customer Notice |The venue offers an experience with KNS furniture, but with regulated furniture and environment. Thank you for your understanding.

  • No service charge upon entry.

  • Outside food and drinks are prohibited due to the use of solid wood furniture.

  • Each person is required to purchase at least one beverage.

  • To ensure a pleasant dining experience for all customers, we only accommodate children over 10 years old, who must purchase at least one beverage. However, if your child can maintain good manners, we also welcome children under 10 years old.

  • There is no time limit for dining.

  • For the safety and enjoyment of all customers, only quiet and well-behaved pets are allowed on the premises.

  • For personal safety, please refrain from running, jumping, leaning on or pushing the glass barriers, throwing items, or engaging in any behavior that may endanger yourself or others. If confirmed, the responsible party will need to compensate at 90% of the item's value for any furniture or environmental damage caused by the aforementioned actions. A cleaning fee of NT$1,000 will be charged if the environment is contaminated. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors on the first floor.

Dining Etiquette:

  • Please be aware that on-site meal preparation may require waiting time; if unable to wait patiently, kindly refrain from ordering or taking a seat.

  • We only offer seasonal set menus; menu content is subject to change based on seasonal ingredients and availability.

  • For bringing your own alcoholic beverages, a washing fee of NT$150 per person will be charged, and broken glassware must be compensated in full.
